Calendar problem

Methinks Microsoft is beta-testing a new calendar software: I just noticed the July 2006 MSDN library is available for download. Meanwhile, we're still waiting for the April Vista Beta 2... ;o)) -- Pierre Szwarc Paris, France PGP key ID 0x75B5779B ------------------------------------------------ Multitasking: Reading in the bathroom ! ------------------------------------------------

There probably is some logic behind it somehow... :o)

I can't seem to add appointments or anything to my calendar using Vista calendar. New Appointment is greyed out and when I use double click, I am getting the message "access denied"? Anyone run into this?
TIA,
-Greg

Are we going to be able to view the hotmail calendar? This would be a great feature.

My calender app is not appearing on the start menu.

Assuming you installed it, lots of programs that worked in XP don't in Vista, even if they install. You could try compatibiliy mode install to see if that helps.

Hi Mason,
Click on start, type Windows Calendar into the search box. Right click on the entry that now shows, choose "pin to start menu".

Rick answered your question, but there is a nice calendar available for download to use in the sidebar, also. I have a calendar schedule program that I used in XP that works with the taskbar, but won't install in Vista.
